Magic Wings Guarantee 
Magic Wings guarantees that all the plants we ship will arrive alive and healthy. If your plants are dead or unhealthy upon arrival, we will replace your plants or give you a full refund on your purchase. In order to receive a refund, the customer must ship the plant/s back to Magic Wings.

What You Will Receive
We offer 2.5" and 4" potted plants.

If I don't want to use the website, how else can I order?
If you do not wish to order on our website, you can either call Magic Wings at (413) 665-2805 or mail your order to: Magic Wings, 281 Greenfield Road, South Deerfield, MA 01373.

Shipping and Handling Questions:

What are our shipping and handling charges?
Standard orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders will be shipped in Flat Rate boxes with a shipping price of $8.95. We also will ship to Post Office boxes. Method of shipment and charges are subject to change without notice.

Express Delivery
Magic Wings will only offer express delivery if the order is made over the telephone. All Express orders require both a complete street address and daytime phone number. (Sorry, no express deliveries to P.O. Boxes) NOTE: Any backordered items will be shipped using standard shipping when ready.

We will only ship overnight orders if the order is placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time Monday through Sunday. For other questions, you can e-mail us at info@magicwings.net.

Does Magic Wings Ship All Year?
Yes, when weather permits. Magic Wings keeps a close eye on the weather and ships only when there is a long enough period of time with mild weather. Temperatures may be warm enough in your region, but local temperatures may not allow us to safely ship live plants. In the event that weather is not permissible for standard shipping, you have the option of insulated shipping. Magic Wings does not yet ship outside of the continental United States.
